I was SO excited (that doesn't even begin to describe the extent of my excitement) that when I went to Michael's yesterday they had Prima Flowers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That means 40% off with a coupon! :thumbup: WOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! :) :thumbup: :)

Who else is excited? I know I'm not alone!!!

I'm totally obsessed wtih Primas. I'll have to take a picture of my stash tonight to show you. That ROCKS that Michael's carries them now!!

I'm totally going to go check it out soon. I need to go in an buy some Martha stuff for my friends bridal shower anyway.

well now that I am going to try the Hybrid workshop thingie I could see myself getting excited about this too! :)

I love the original Prima's...my sister and I are trading flowers (I've got some fabric Bazzill ones, but I need some variety, so she's sending me half her stash, I'm sending her half of mine, lol).

eBay is also a good idea...hmm...
 
I like paper flowers but I LOVEEEEEEEE me some silk flowers!
I get the cheapy bunches at Walmart for like $1 when they go on sale. They are sooooooooo cute dipped in glitter with colored brads for centers. Easy to dye, paint and ink on too!
 
ebay babyyyy got 600+ flowers for 12 bucks this weekend lol..I love how they do it mix and match from different bottles so you get a variety. I sort at home in jars by color so it works for me weeeeeee
 
I looooove Primas! I need more though, I have just a few and I never seem to have what I need.... I hope my Michaels starts to carry them! Where were they in yours?

I went there last month, and asked if they carried prima flowers, or paper flwoers of any sort... and they said "no. we don't carry anything like that"... I was so sad. Maybe mine will get some soon??
 
I was so bummed they didn't include them in the NSD sale they had this weekend - the Marth stuff wasn't included either.

I am using my 50% off on a storage/organizer thing this time - but I will save my next one for Prima flowers for sure

I picked up some too!!! I got the Red pack, but I think I need to go back and pick up more!!!
 
Once we all get a huge stash built up, we need to do a traveling box of goodies. We all sign up and someone volunteers to fill a box with their excess stuff/left over project stuff and the list of participants. They mail it to the next person on the list who takes out what they want but they also then put in their excess stuff/left over project stuff and mail it out. It's a great way to get some new and unique stuff while getting rid of the stuff you've used before that you don't want to use again.

I've done this twice before and got some really cool things! We just listed what we took out of the box by our name on the list in the box and then listed what we put in (I think we did that to keep it honest)

We could call it the SSD traveling box of candy! LOL....
