I live for this every year! Fresh peaches! I have eaten 3 already today. I need to go get some more to freeze for the winter.

I am doing the same thing, but my fruit of the moment is Rainier Cherries.... nothing like 'em, especially those gorgeous beauties that come from just over the mountains here in WA. YUM!!!!

Nope I got them at the grocery store! LOL! My uncle has a bunch of peach trees and I usually get mine from him.

I am more of a plum girl, I don't like the fuzz on peaches.

My grandfather has a big orchard and I ONLY eat his peaches... sadly they won't be ready for another month, and then it's only the early varieties and my favourite are the Lorings. I LOVE peaches especially if they are picked ripe right off the tree! My husband calls me a peach snob.
