to making cloud papers.. if you see or buy my kit this weekend and it ends up having a cloud paper I do aplogize.. haha. Cloud papers make me happy :)

Do you have any certain types of papers that make YOU happy?

Lately I've been getting excited about banners! On paper, as elements in both digital and paper.
 
i love clouds! cloud elements too. stripes, little polka dots, damask, paper with faded words, a good distressed solid. and i am nuts about Kraft paper. i think half of my pages are on some sort of kraft paper, lol.

I feel like you're asking me to choose my favorite child...:D

I love polka dots, stripes, damask, cool modern prints, graph/lined paper/kraft paper (there needs to be more of these here at SSD, haha).
 
While I do love me a lovely cloud paper, I have to say I get rather swoony (is that a word?) over polka dots and stripes :wub:
 
Damask. Definitely damask. Like Laura I feel a particular closeness to damask...we are soul mates. :)
 
KCB papers make me happy. LOL, seriously!
I have a hard time with patterns... I like light solids usually. Or grungy solids. I also like graph and notebook paper too... But I definately am patterned paper challenged. I am trying to use more patterned paper, it's just hard! 99% of my pages are with a solid paper background.
 
Argyle. I love argyle. I may not use it a lot, but I often spend time just staring at it. I almost bought actual paper the other day simply because it was an awesome argyle.
 
Ooooo, damask, tiny polka dots (even better if they're multi-colored dots :)) and graph or notebook-style papers are my faves.
 
I'm not really a paper person. *gasp*

They are pretty and all, but I usually only use 1 or 2 papers per page.

Now give me a few cloud or rainbow elements and we're in business... :)
 
and I LOVE those graph type papers with the lines!!! the ones in Lauren Reed's kits are FABULOUS!
 
I LOOOOVE patterned paper. All kinds of patterned paper. But I have trouble using some of the ones I love, like damasks and large scale patterns. The ones I come back to again and again are stripes and small dots with all the colors in the kit, tone on tone patterns, good solids, and kraft papers.
 
I love damask and polka dots. I also love really unique patterns, like you look at it and its so different you just have to use it. I also love really mixed kinds like a grungy damask.
 
I go crazy for a good polka dot or plaid paper. BUT, I am also totally obsessed with plain solid cardstock paper, too.

Someday when I'm a better scrapper, I want to be able to use patterened paper better, because so many different patterns make me drool!
 
:o just curious, what does damask mean? I saw the title in Penny's recent kit, but what does it describe? *sigh* I'm so clueless...
 
i made a few cloud papers this weekend, actually :)

i love me some plaid, although i don't use it on many of my pages- i also love multi colored papers using elements from a kit- la and dani make great ones :)
 
oh I sooo love damask..and a gorgeous floral. For when using papers as elements I looove thin stripes and multi colored polkas. :)
