How To Put L/O image in Challenge thread???

Hi y'all,

I know this has been asked before, but I cant find it anywhere (maybe I didnt look hard enough lol)

It's been a looooong time since I was here, and even longer since I've actually scrapped! But I'm feelin some mojo, so thought I'd have a go at the portfolio this month -

Just a bit stuck as all that happens is when I add the link via insert image in the comment, all that comes up is a little square .. no pic!

I'd also like to add the page I scraplifted, but totally clueless on how to do this

Any tips would be awesome, thanks guys xx
