How long does it usually take?

I had an error when checking out last night and couldn't complete my order. How long does it usually take for support to answer a "ticket"? How do they contact me - I've been watching my e-mail? I don't want to miss out on the sale prices.
 
It usually doesn't take long. They are very good about that. You will get an email.

I got an error last night too but it was before it got to my payment information. So I just resubmitted the order from my cart. It worked that time. And there was only one charge to my paypal.

The shoppe is just really busy right now. I promise the team will get to you.
 
When I got the first error, it said my card didn't go through so I resubmitted and then I got a fraud error on my credit card. I'll try to be more patient. Thanks guys!
 
I still haven't heard anything from the support ticket I submitted or the e-mail I sent to '[email protected]'. Anybody else still waiting to hear something about a problem order? I keep reading that people are getting their orders through without a problem. I hope I'm not the only one with issues. By the way, my order numbers are:

Hey girls,

Just wanted to let you know that I am working on emails now. The admin section of the shoppe is INCREDIBLY database intensive, so I generally try to stay out of there til nighttime on busy events like this when things have slowed down a bit to lessen the load on the server and to save my sanity. Resetting downloads should not take 5 mins each :blink:

In any case, I'll be getting back to everyone in the next hour or so.
