How do you sort...

your Quarterly Assortments? I just got the new one (*LOVE IT*), and I am clueless how to keep it in my folders...

I don't know if I should:
a) Make a folder for each designer under my main folder of "Sweet Shoppe Designs", and file their kit under the kit name? If I do that, how do I remember that it was from a Quarterly, to let others know where to buy the kit?

b) Make a file called "Quarterly Assortment 1 2008" and just drop them all in there under each of their own folders?

There has got to be a better and easier way! I want to make sure when using the stuff, that I know where I bought it, so I can credit it properly! Please help!
 
I just unzip mine to the designer folder..unless you particularly want to remember it's from the 1/4ly. I guess you could always look at the images in the store if you are unsure..or just unzip it to their folders and rename them and put QA on the end of it or something
 
I finally just made a folder for SSD stuff and each designer has it's own folder as I unzip them..that seems to work well for me.
 
I haven't yet moved to sorting completely by designer. My SSD folder has sub-folders for alpha's, kits, paperpacks, forum stuff (mostly just cookie templates), and etc (element packs, Bree's templates). The Quarterly's go into the kits folder. I put all the kits from the assortment into one big folder named 08 #1.

Although I do have trouble remembering to look at it aside from the first week I buy it, lol.
 
I make folders for stores and then subfolders for designers. For SSD, I have other folders too, like "2 Scoops." So I just made a "Quarterlies" folder and tossed it in there.
 
I sort by designer instead of store. When I first started scrapping designers changed stores too frequently..found it easier for them to just have their own folders vs me having to find them thru whichever store they sold at lol
 
this is what I do. I unzip everything to my SSD folder. Then inside that I have a folder for each designer... a folder for designer collabs... a folder for 2 scoops... a folder for Perfect Pairs... and then Quarterly assortements. thats my method and it's worked pretty good for me.
