How do you make a flair into an avie?

i just right click, save as, then come here and change avi and upload the image...

Nevermind - I was having a dumb blonde moment, even though I'm not blonde. I was right clicking on the flairs in the cork board. Doi!

I had the same problem. Have to right-click from the stash.
