Has anyone seen this with their kids? Did you like it? Did your kids like it?

I want to go to the city tonight, and this is playing at the cheap theater, I thought it might be fun to take the kids. The expensive theater is playing Wall.E which I do want to see, but not for that price, lol.

ETA: Forgot to say that my kids are 5 and 4... :)

We really liked it, too. My 5yo got a little bored, but we enjoyed it. But we liked Wall E A LOT more!

Yup all of us here loved it - kids from 3 to 7 all were completely entertained throughout - it's a great movie Bree!

I saw it with my then 5 year old and she liked it, as did I :) We're going to buy it when it comes out on DVD.

We took DS - 3 and we all loved it...I can't wait for it to come out on DVD so that hopefully he'll take a break from Thomas DVDs all day lol

Woot! Thanks! I'll ask DH if we can go, lol...it's only $3.50/person at that theater, lol (compared to $12.50/adult, $8.50/child).

My family went when it came out....3- and 5-year-old. I want to take them to Wall E too...mainly b/c those movies are rated G :) I remember all of us liking it, and I enjoyed it too. Even though it's rated G there are always some things that my DDs ask me about, esp since they don't watch TV or cartoons. i don't remember much, but I do remember them asking me about why they were so mean to the elephant and wanting to capture and cage him.

Loved it! We had seen Suessical the Musical a few weeks before that so it made it even more fun for the girls.

On a side note, if I were you I might wait to see Wall.E til it comes out on DVD. We took our kids to see that and it was cute, but it got a tad boring in a couple spots.

Well, we DID go see it last night and the kids thought it was fun. The hardest part was getting them to NOT talk all the way through, because that's what they do when they watch movies at home, lol! They aren't familiar with any Dr. Seuss books, so I was worried they wouldn't "get" the movie, but they liked it and are still talking about it this morning, lol. DH wants to buy it, lol.

I'm sure the library would have it. That's where we borrowed it from.
