Holy Hot Dogs Batman!!!

I have to start by saying, I do love my MIL. She is wonderful....but very eccentric. Apparently the grocery store she goes to was having sale and she brought over to me:

1. 10 packages of hotdogs
2. 10 packages of lunchmeat
3. 3 family sized boxes of Yoplait....that expire in three days.

:blink: what???
 
my mother-in-laaw goes to the day old bread store and buys us day old bread and pastries LMAO maybe you could give some to a neighbor or another family member?
 
Check out Pioneer Woman's cooking section for some ideas of what to do with that yoplait, lol. She loooooves to cook with plain yogurt :)
 
tis a pity you cannot somehow combine all those into one supermeal.

re: freezing yogurt. I don't know if cup yogurt follows same rules as tube yogurt, but I noticed the tube yogurt says the yogurt should be consumed within 7 days of the sell-by date, even if frozen.

you could freeze the hotdogs, I'm pretty sure.
 
That was sweet of her to think of you guys ... I almost posted something mildly inappropriate, but I exercised my sensor button (which usually doesn't function, lol).
 
You can freeze the hotdogs, but I don't know about the yogurt. That would disappear fast around here, we all eat it
 
You can freeze the yogurt, but the SAME expiration date applies...

Chili Dogs, Hot Dogs, Weiner Wraps, ummmmmmm.. for some reason, thats all I can think of.. LOL!!! :D
