I was just looking at the challenge tracker and man, we have been some busy gals over here and it's only the 7th!! The sad thing is that I am all caught up on the challenges and anxiously waiting for Wednesday!! LOL
 
Holy canoly is right lol. You girls are just been keeping me busy! I updated yesterday but I'm already into my 2nd page in Word of the challenges LOs I have yet to add to the tracker!

I usually like the 1st of the month thinking I'm gonna get a little breather...but man you gals were smokin' from the start!

I dare you girls to keep it up lol.

Oh man, I'm SO behind.... But I have to say when I'm on a designing kick I have to go with it.

I think I'll be making a few layouts this weekend for the challenges!
 
I have to say thanks to everyone here. Because of the challenges on this site I had the inspiration I needed to be able to nearly complete my entire Journal Your Christmas album. I only have 4 days of prompts left to do and I am eagerly looking forward to the next round of challenges. :)

I'm new to the challenges, but I am loving them so far!

I do have a question though - actually...more of a request. Is it possible to put the challenge start AND end date in the post somewhere? I am constantly having to look at my calendar to make sure I can fit in all these challenges...trying to figure out when two weeks from December 19th is a pain in the neck. :blink:

Maybe there's a reason why it's not there, and I just don't know. Like I said, I'm new in this neck of the digi woods. :p
 
I never knew there was a start and end date. I always just did them in the month they were challenged. Karen does a very good job of letting us know which challenges can go into the next month (usually the ones listed the last week of the month).
 
oh you ladies are scrapping machines...i can't keep up...i'm going to have to get busy...my goal is to get a 40% coupon at least once this year (heehee)...

Mandy if you go to the Challenge section of the board, there's a forum called "Sweet Shoppe Challenge Tracker". There's a post for the month and Karen updates it with what challenges earn you rewards for the month, deadlines for Taste Test Thursday, etc. She'll also post those challenges towards the end of the month that are up for points the next month (as Paula said, usually the last week of the month is good for either month). I hope that answers your question!

The challenge doesn't end when a new one is posted. Each challenge is valid for the entire month that is it posted in. When a challenge is posted at the very end of a month, then you can choose to either complete it for that month's points OR post it for the next month for points. Like Colleen said, if you go to the Challenge Tracker, Karen has outlined all of the challenges and when they're valid. She's a super-star around here. :)

This is my first time doing any of the challenges here and I really am loving the inspiration....I think the spin-a-lift is my favorite so far...
 
Basically you get at least 7 days to play along w/a challenge as well as earn a point(s) for it. Usually I bring over the last few challenges that were posted at the end of the month (if they've been out fewer than 7 days). Like others have said, check out the Challenge Tracker thread where I try to keep that 1st post updated w/challenges that are eligible that month :)
