Hi I am new here! prob with a product.Help!!

I am finding a ton of inspiration here and bought some great stuff!! WOW!! being new here I was wondering if anywould would help me with finding out about a product that I bought and cant get the font to install? I really want to use it and the font wont install and says it is not valid?? can anyone help me???

Hi and welcome! First, let us know your OS and what version of your program you're using. Darcy, herself, will probably be the best bet to help you, but if she's not around I'm sure others can try and help you figure it out!

I need to know what platform you're using (Mac or Windows) and what kind of photo editing program you are using - and how you're trying to install it (since some program requirements are different from others).
