I've done one - its about 4.5 minutes - but I can't upload it where I wanted to (my hubby's company's web server which is a little more 'private') so if my only other option is YouTube I might have to re-do it as I wouldn't say so much there.

I used YouTube but I chose the option that it is not public only via a link.

with youtube you have the option to post your video closed so only people that have the link can see the video . that is what i dit with my video
