Last summer I made a super cute (probably my cutest ever) little mini album (I just need to add the journaling, which I still haven't done, lol).
The plan is, of course, to take pics and upload it to my blog and some galleries, which is something I have put off time and again.
Not too long ago, I had it sitting on the desk where I was doing craftsie things at my friends house (I was living there for a while, house sitting), and the plant that was sitting on the desk was leaking water (which of course I noticed way too late!). Now the last 3 or 4 pages of this little album are totally ruined (no way to salvage that, either), and I don't even have pics of when it was still in perfect condition!
So, word from a not so wise but a little wiser now: never wait to photograph projects you've made. You never know what calamity might be around the corner ...
