Hi Everone! I need a huuuuuge favor of you.
As you may know I'm working again and part of my responsabilities is making on the marketing asect of the company (we are focus on Training)
Anyway, I need to make a series of commmercials focusing on excelent Costumer Service. Real life stories reflecting an amazing service of a store, restaurant or any company.
The main idea is to feature an awful situation that a constumer rep/ employee solve graciously with a great attitude and make you think... "wow that is a great service and I'll come back again", despite of the problem you had.
Soooo, here comes the favor... if you have one of these stories, please share with me. You will do me a huge favor, plus if my boss approve my commercial based on our idea I'll give you a $20 GC to any store you want (is not much, I know... but it comes from my pocket... LOL)
