Help with WinRAR

k...so i downloaded it last night, didn't want it after trying it, so i removed it from my computer. now when i try to download the files aren't zipped. they are something else really weird.

can anyone help me?

i have no clue meems. i just reuploaded winRAR and i'll use it till i figure this out.

should have never messed with it in the 1st place. acdsee will extract rar files.
