Help with printing out layout

I just purchased Janet Phillips 2 many photos 13. I would like to print out this 2 page spread on 12x12 paper but realize that on PSE it is 24x12. How do I print it out as 12x12, as 2 page layout?

What I did was after I flattened it, to save as a jpeg, I changed the canvas size to 12 x 12, and slid the lo over to show just the left half, and saved that part as a jpg, then slid the lo over to just show the right half, and saved that as a jpg with a 2 after the name, so they stay in order in my to print folder.

Not sure if that's the easiest way or not, but it worked for me.

Thanks Brie. I'm sorry but what's lo. I'm using PSE 5 and I'm using an epson printer to print. Does that make a difference?

LO is the abbreviation for layout.
Do you have a wide format printer to print 2 12x12 layouts?
