Help With Font and Spacing Weirdness!

I am working on this page for one of the challenges and came across this problem with the font. I have had similar problems in the past but just changed the font or the size until it came out ok.

On this page I am committed to using this font because it is a DJB custom font of my father's handwriting and this is a page of his childhood cub scouts.

What can I do to fix the weirdness going on here? The spacing is off. Please help because I don't want to switch fonts!

The justification is on force justify, if you set it to right or left or center, it won't do that anymore.

Yep - it's your justification. You can change the font size and keep the force justification and you might not have such odd spacing, but it's no guarantee depending on how the words fit. If you justify just left or right, you won't have that issue at all.

Also, I think that if you wanted to keep the justified look (because it looks nice in a block of text) without the weird spacing, you could click "hyphenate" in the Paragraph menu and some words would get divided, but the spacing might be much better (or not, it's a lottery - and chance is you already have "hyphenate" turned on, in which case ignore me).

You can also adjust the width of your text box... that can make a difference, too. Sometimes.
