Help! (re: skin)

XH is getting married on Saturday (yes, I've previously referred to her as his wife... it's just easier. I'm lazy) and OF COURSE... AF is due. Whatever... except that it appears as though she invited her friend the Zit Fairy... and of course, SHE decided to shart on my forehead. Like 20 little zitty things all over. :glare: I want to die.

What can I do? anything? HELP MEEEEE!!!!
 
too bad you don't have any proactive handy; that refining mask helps clear them up fast!

i've heard of people using toothpaste? i've never tried it, lol. just get something with salycic acid or benzoyle peroxide in it. i like neutrogena acne stuff.
 
I've got an egg white chillin up there right now. That's the only thing I know of that MIGHT help.

I've done the toothpaste thing before though... didn't get any sort of burn or anything but it didn't work. At all. That made me all dark and twisty inside at the time.

whispers.... if you leave them alone and don't touch them, they will probably be gone by Saturday ;) ... unless the fairy really likes you, that is.
 
If you do use any spot cream, be careful if it contains any peroxide ingredients - many do, and though your spot will down, your clothes and linen may get bleached in the process. Been there....

if they are those little zits without the black or white heads (hopefully you know what I'm talking about), then a scrub will help. You can just add a little bit of ground sea salt to your normal wash. Great for exfoliating!

Yes!! They're white heads... Some of them were starting to get red and I figured they'd be giant zit-monsters by tomorrow. :D

I slapped some egg white on my face last night and that seemed to work fairly well... I'm going to try the scrub idea right now and do more egg white tonight... if it's not gone or is worse tomorrow, I'll just have bangs cut into my hair. lol
 
Excuse me for interrupting, girls, but I seem to have missed the explanation of WHY you are going to your XH's wedding? Doesn't XH = XHusband = Not go to new wedding with new wifey?

I believe her daughter is in the wedding and that she is showing up to be supportive of her daughter.
 
Well yes and no... I'm showing up because of DD but also because we consider them part of our family. We're all good friends even though XH has retarded moments. LOL

In my experience my hubby can have some douche moments...

How's the noggin? Don't go too fierce on the scrubbin'. I'd leave it alone today. You'd hate to do too much and then have some crazy reaction to something. At least that would be MY luck. ;)
 
LOL Stephanie, mine too. Actually... most men that I know, now that I think of it.

I just gave mah face a gentle scrub and it seems fine... but yeah, now that you've jinxed me... we'll see :glare:
