Help please - Tape Tutorial

I read a tut not too long ago about how to make tape look more realistic on a layout but for the life of me I can't remember where I read it! I thought I had bookmarked it but of course I didn't. For some reason I'm thinking it was Traci but I checked her blog and didn't find anything.... Anyone know what I'm talking about?
