Help Me!

I want to buy 2 or 3 items this week and can't decide what to buy as I think I only have about $20 to spend (I know, bad planning on my part as I didnt go to the bank yesterday to add more credit to my prepaid visa)

What would you buy out of these knowing that I don't buy a lot of christmas kits and have no children either and have had no mojo or new photos for ages.

I bought the second chances kit and that obsession kit is still in my wishlist whispering to me...

I would go with a kit. I really like "Don't Stop Believing!" If you have an odd dollar left over, I would pick the paint alpha!

I would think art journaling and go with the 2nd chances that collab is a drool waiting to happen! I got it last week (could not wait and love it) and who needs pictures when you art journal emotions and events??...and good news, you get that cool zoe kit with the $10 purchase!

Everything you've listed there is fantastic, but I think if you are willing to try some photo-less pages, I'd go for a couple art journaling type kits and Krystal's "Artastic" mega-bundle. The thing is, I think that if you're willing to experiment a bit with some brushes, stamps, and overlays you'd find that would really expand the kits you've already got. I personally love to scrap photo-less pages. I definitely do scrap photos, but I find it especially fun and challenging to just experiment and have fun with the elements in a kit. If you sign up for Traci's art journaling class on FB, you'll also find some freebies from her and Jen Barrette that you could use as well. Plus I think Krystal Hartley had a freebie in her last newsletter. Between a couple art journal kits, Krystal's bundle, and some freebies, you'd have a decent amount of stuff to scrap with. I'd say, take a look at the kits you've listed above and decide which ones really speak to you the most, and wishlist the rest.

Krystal's Artastic bundle is an absolute must have - I'm telling you - I've used it on every layout since I got it LOL. I love Don't Stop Believing too - great for journaling type layouts and layouts about you - same with Traci and Jenn's new collection and that collab you have listed by Jenn! Those would be my must-haves!

Jennifer you're a very neat/clean scrapper, so I'd actually steer away from the paint pack and real artsy journaly feeling kits. I'd suggest Libby or Meghan's since they go most with how I've always seen you scrap. HOWEVER, if you are wanting to go in a new direction and wanting to try out a painty messy look I'd definitely recommend Krystal's paint pack.

Even without photos, you can scrap tons, but what you buy will depend on what you want to scrap about. I think these kits can be used for clean layouts.
If you are losing weight, Libby's Loser.
If you need to build self-confidence or scrap about emotions, then Don't Stop Believing and I Believe in Second Chances.
If you want to scrap about what you like, then Obsessions.
You can't go wrong with any of them.

These were my first thoughts too! It is fun to try out new styles though, and you've also picked out some good basics in the alphas... I have Loser, Obsessions, and Don't Stop Believing, and they are all awesome!

Traci has an awesome series right now on Art Journaling on her website and just posted an article by Jamie Rivale on its various styles.

Might be worth picking up the freebies there and seeing if you like scrapping in this way.
