Gosh today would have been a perfect day to decorate since it's been cloudy and December-ish, but none of the decorations/trees are out of the garage or attic and I can't get them by myself.

that one is burlap, satin, and hot glue. though this year I've moved on to burlap and sewing machine

Still trying to decide if I'm going to put up my other one. Oh and I need something for the top. My star always leans so I'm going to pick some ribbon up at Hobby Lobby I think.

It's helping me to see these as we will put our stuff up on Saturday. Last year we didn't put up the family room tree, just the living room one, because of the dog. I am thinking of putting the smaller tree in our bedroom this year since that's where I watch TV. Just wish I had a fireplace in there too!

This thread is making me sad that we only did the mini tree this year! As much as kiddo is decorating and re-decorating that tree, I think the mini was a good choice-- he gets to decorate, and there's no risk of a big tree falling on him or something. I also have a half-way done Christmas village, but some of it is lost in the shuffle and I can't find all of my pieces, so that's a work in progress... and then we have a couple of other decorations here and there, but I just don't have the energy to actually decorate this year.
