HELP!!! I need a new do! :)

lol So, I'm getting my hair cut this week & I'm sick of my hair! I have thick wavy hair. I will wear it curly or straighten it, so that's not big deal as far as the style. But, I want it to stay around shoulder length. It's about 2 inches passed my shoulders now, but I know I'll need about that much cut off to make it healthy again! So, show me some cute shoulder length hairstyles! I've been searching all morning and can't find anything I like! Ugh. lol

This is straightened. Ignore the staticy strays! Lol

This is wavy. Add just a little mouse/gel & this is what you get. At this length, it gets a little crazy! It curls much better when it's shorter. (the blonde one! )
