help...i can't get in the chat room

i know it must be my computer...it says that i need to download java but it's installed...i want to chat just once...

Have you tried using a different browser?? Some of the ladies can't access chat through Firefox so the use IE. I think one person couldn't in IE but can in Firefox.

If all else fails, I'd install the Java again. :thumbup:

I have had problems getting in the chat room in the past. The only thing that worked for me was to have my husband disable some of the firewalls, so you might want to try that.

I'm using firefox... Sometimes I reload the page and it works, othertimes I have to reboot the computer, and sometimes I just give up

i was going to suggest refreshing

(have no idea if that will work, but can't hurt)

now I must meander over to chat room and see if I can get in
