HELP!!! Again..

I get this message "Sorry, there are no available shipping methods for your location.
" when trying to check out with my sundae bar goodies. I also have trouble getting the 50% discount even if my cart is over $50, sundae bar product only and I clicked the "view cart" link and not the little cart icon. How do I solve this?
 
Not sure on the shipping thing.

But did you check view cart to see the updated prices? Remember the 50%off is off the original prices, not the discounted ones.

Try clearing your cookies and internet history as well, see if that helps.

A couple of designers forgot downloads on their products which is why you're getting the shipping error. I just fixed a couple of products, will you try again and let me know if you're still getting the shipping error? If so, send me your username in the shoppe and I'll look over your cart and try to find what else is missing a download.
 
With regards to the 50% discount.. that's off the regular price of the product. So a $5.99 kit should say $3 in your cart, an $8 template album should say $4, a $3 element pack should say $1.50 and so on.

Once you get to the 50% level, the discount is going to go crazy high throughout the store because of the stupid double discount it tries to display putting both the 25% new release discount and the 50% buy more save more discount on at the same time, but the cart will always default to the highest discount and is correct.

If you have any questions on the regular price of an item, shop in the category so you can see the regular price crossed out and you can cut that in half to know how much the item should be...

So in the hashtags example above, they aren't .75 like shown, they'll be $1.50 with the 50% discount applied to the regular price of $2.99.

GAH! Our cart is so dumb! Thanks to an email from another customer, i see what it is doing.

It's using the 25% discounted prices toward the subtotal, so unless you put $50 of discounted products into your cart first, it won't trigger the 50% discount.

Trying to fix, but nothing I am trying is doing the trick except disabling the 25% new release sale.

HMMM... will keep you posted.
