I need an app that will give me recipes for ingredients I already have in my kitchen. does such a thing exist?

I don't have an app for something like that, but I do use Allrecipes.com and search with their Ingredient search engine: Here. I'm usually searching for meal ideas when I'm at home anyway, so that works great for me.
