ty to everyone for your congrats! it so fun to share all of our ups and downs here and for each other to genuinely care for you!! it means a lot!! i cannot wait to come back and share all my stories and photos.

AWESOME! That's right near Poipu and whatnot. I believe the kayak trip we took was in the Lihue area. I think the airport is in Lihue too.
Also, I forgot to mention, check out the Kauai Coffee Company. OMG it's the best coffee there is. I know you drink tea, but it's fun to go anyway. They have a deck with seating and a video where you can watch the coffee beans go through their whole process. And you can drink little shot glasses of all the different kinds of coffee. Very fun trip. I think it's on the way out towards Waimea, so you could do that the same day.
Oh and if you head to the North Shore for a day (there's a bunch of shopping you can do if you so please
) stop by the light house. I forget the name but it's really cool too
EEK! Have FUN! I'm trying to get Jordan to go there for our honeymoon. It's soooooooo relaxing. Lots of stuff to do if you want, but really totally relaxing and laid back. Much more so than the bigger islands.

yes, that is why we picked kauai...because of the relaxing ambiance! we are an old married couple who isn't into night life so it should be perfect for us!! oh and col...i LOVE coffee. i'm all about the caffinated beverages! lol i'm useless without it. i would love to go to the coffee place, i think we shall. how fun!! i wish all of my digi-friends were coming too so we could par-tay!!

Seriously, best coffee in the world. My parents brought an extra suitcase JUST to bring back the fresh coffee. AND, they subscribe to the club so they get a pound of fresh beans every month. It's the only coffee I'll drink anymore, lol. Yes, I know, spoiled.
