Have to share...

Ok, so my DH is not the sentimental kind of guy, really. He doesn't hand out the compliments. I do know that he does appreciate my cooking because once in awhile he will say "make this again." But that's about it.
Well, I almost fell over backwards at dinner last night. All I made was a simple chicken curry with rice & some stir fried veggies. And this is exactly what came out of his mouth WHILE he was shoveling food in:

"You know, the only reason I ever want to eat out...om nom nom...is so that...om nom nom...you can have a break from cooking...om nom nom...good grief...om nom nom...your food is good!"

Lol, It was s out of character for him, but I appreciated it and wanted to share.

I ALWAYS get a "thank you" after dinner from DS2 then the rest usually follow!!! Unless it is something "really" good like something that took me like 2 hours I never get anything from DH first!!!
