Harry Potter Fans

So my daughter and I went to run an errand after school and my husband sent me a message saying that he has a bad news on facebook. I haven't been online the whole day and when I checked, it was a news about Alan Rickman. I'm so devastated right now..

Yeah...my Facebook feed was inundated with something about him. I've never seen a full Harry Potter movie but it's very sad. Another life that cancer has stolen.

So sad. I first saw him in Robin Hood and loved him as Colonel Brandon in Sense & Sensibility. I didn't get into Harry Potter so for me, those movies didn't come to mind first.

Right? I watched a couple of his movies and I really liked his acting, he loved his craft that's why people loved him...

I thought Rickman was perfect for Snape but I really loved him in Galaxy Quest. It's so sad that he died. He was such a great actor.

I know... I was sad too. Sad for the loss of a great actor and character. Snape was probably one of my favorite characters of the series... the complexity of "is he good or bad?" through the whole series was a masterpiece in itself.
