Happy thanksiging to my fellow Canadians - hope you have a great day &/or weekend

I'm excited to be going to my parents for turkey dinner as our oven has been broken the majority of the year so we haven't had anything other than what can fit in our air fryer.. and a turkey certainly can not. LOL!

While I'm not Canadian- we do have a couple Manitoban hockey boys here so I'm doing a hybrid dinner (chicken instead of turkey) but most of the sides!

Happy Thanksgiving! We had a great weekend filed with family, food, and nearly 19 hours of driving between Friday and today. Glad to be home and thankful for what a good weekend we had!
