I hope all you tacos are having a spendid day!! Tacos are non-mommies btw, and damnit..we deserve some recognition too!! :thumbup:

Did anyone get anything for Tacos day?? I got a new office chair and some new sunglasses and a whole crap-load of other random junk. Oh..ribbons!! Woot!

I got an awesome Paul Frank t-shirt that has jewelled "J" on it. Julius and I having the same initial make for some great t-shirts for me, and my nieces and nephew just had to get this one for me for Tacos Day!
 
I'm here for ya Bean! :) We celebrated with yummy Papa John's pizza for lunch and lots of snuggling with the little "fur"-babies. Just spending the day together getting things done around the house and trying to get a big chunk of a paper written before tomorrow too.
 
Okay, I'm a mommy, but i'm nice enough to tell all you tacos Happy Tacos Day. Don't yell at me for peeking in your thread, lol.

Sometimes, I miss my old taco days. Is that bad? lmao!
 
I may be a mom but after the day I've had with these kids, it's going to be surprising if I still am tomorrow! :thumbdown:
 
Hooraaaaaaay for tacos! LMAO!

I did practically nothing. I did clean the bathroom. And after Tiger's recent vet visits, I spent some time snugglin her on the bed :) Now I'm just playing with a hybrid project.
 
Hmm... I did have a good Taco Day. :)

BF came by after church to pick me up, even though it was out of the way, so I could sleep in and then we went to his parents' house for MDay. I earned BIG brownie (ha!) points with his madre for bringing over angel food cake & strawbabies to celebrate.

We went home... had an S & N (*lol* --- you don't want to know!)... went back to my place so I could get my stuff to sleep over... had a yummy chix salad sandwich for dinner from a restaurant we've never eaten at before... watched 1/2 of 'Wall Street' (boring, but a really hot 20yo Charlie Sheen is in it!)... then more yummy time and off to bed by 11. :)
 
I spent a very tired taco day - got a regular "mother's day" card from my fur babies and an e-card too. I did a "Relay for Life" Saturday through 9am Sunday (no sleep, because cancer never sleeps). I ended up sunburned, then cramped (from counting a gazillion pennies and a lot of other money for the relay fundraising), then drenched to the bone thanks to a Sunday morning pouring. So I went home, took a hot shower, put some aloe/lidocaine on my sunburn, and went to bed and slept. Hubby was good to me - made sure the aloe/lidocaine was out and the pups were taken care of. Even got me a York peppermint patty. So I guess I can't complain too much...
 
I just spit out coffee!!! LOL, well in that case...that sucks that you fell off the DECK!!!! Hope you didn't hurt yourself!
