Happy St. Patrick's day !!!!

This is one of our favorite days all year!!! Fully embracing our Celtic Heritage, partaking of Irish Cuisine, listening to Celtic music, and watching out for our sneaky leprechaun!

Aiden wasn't too happy about the green chocolate milk this morning LOL Our leprechaun was mad because the boys didn't set up their trap yesterday, and he was feeling ignored. So he made a mess of things.

Did anything fun happen with you?

Ava and Lilly each made a trap...but no luck this year! But, he did scatter shamrocks all over the house, turned the toilet water green, turned all the chairs upside now, stuck the Skylander toys in my birdcage....and left Lucky Charms for breakfast and little bags of "gold coins" and Skittles for the girls. Oh and he make a "St. Patrick's Day" banner out of paper shamrocks and the girls underwear. LOL

Girls have their green outfits on now, going to have them pose for a few photos this afternoon.

Paper shamrocks and the girls' underwear?! Naughty, mischievous leprechauns! :D

Leppy O' Lucky (my son named our leprechaun) left the kids Lucky Charms and green milk for breakfast. He also left them some flair pins with St. Patrick's Day sayings on them and some stickers. My table had a rainbow of skittles with a 'pot' of gold wrapped Rolos candies at the end of it with scrabble letters spelling out 'can you find me'. The kids are looking for Leppy now. He tends to slink around the house all day making mischief when we aren't looking.

Our leprechaun left some treats and things to wear, turned the milk green and made a pitstop a the toilet.

This morning we went to see the Hillsborough River in Tampa turned green and stayed for the little festival they had at a park there.

We went to the parade and watched our Girl Scout walk with the other girls. :) We're home and I'm ready to start making some Ruben sandwiches with green buttered pasta. That darn leprechaun keeps coloring things!
