We had a HUGE storm come trough yesterday. I was at work at my mums when it hit, took out 2 tree's and the powerlines were all over the road!!
Took out powerlines all over town and 3/4 of town went without power. We have power back now but there are still some places that dont, and wont for atleast a day.
It was crazy, especially since we are in the middle of the damn desert and dont get storms like this. The worst of it didnt last long, but there is SO much damage around town, light poles bent completely at 90 degree angles, side of buildings and roofs ripped off, huge tree's completely uprooted. We had no damage at my house so are very lucky.
