I went on a diet a few years ago and discovered that gum chewing helped me avoid excessive snacking. Now, I'm kind of addicted and probably chew more gum than I should.
I also find it helps me avoid stress- eating (sometimes, at least).
Are you a gum chewer? Are you one of those who can't stand seeing/hearing other people chew gum? Do tell.
