I don't live in Dallas but I will be visiting Dallas in April when our family joins our robotics team for Nationals Competition for BEST.

Visited once. Somehow I've been lucky enough to tag along when friends & family have to travel for work. We actually stayed in Kokomo. During the day I drove to the Indianapolis Zoo. My avie is the picture I took while I was feeding the giraffe. (note: you can't even see my hand. LOL). Also shopped in Kokomo while waiting. Who knows Corey, maybe I ran into you at Target years ago?

Also was lucky enough to tag along with a friend to Kansas City when her husband had to be there. That was an adventure and a half (including a rental car that broke down and having to hang on for our dear lives in a tow truck -- praying we would make it back alive. And a crazy hotel experience when we went to Branson. Oh, I really should scrap the stories of that trip)! Oh, and if anyone is a fan of the sappy Hallmark commercials, I highly recommend a visit to the Hallmark Visitors Center. And it's FREE!

Sorry Corey and Sharon Kay, too bad I didn't know you gals when I had the chance to be there. It would have been fun to meet some SSD friends.

Wheeee! I met Traci at a digi scrap event in Sacramento. My parents live in Grass Valley so I'm up there often...as a matter of fact, I'm driving up in a few weeks to spend some time with them and see my sil and kiddos in Sacramento too.
