A hotel! Where my wonderful fantastic adorable husband and sister have sent me to for the night. Tab's holding down the fort and David is taking care of his kids, and I'm checked in with my book, my bubble bath, my body pillow, my lappy and a carryout menu. I'm sleeping uninterrupted for the night and am freeeeeeeee!!!! Off to scrap! :)
 
stretch out on that bed, order up some tasty grubs and chill out! So jealous, but you sooooo deserve it!
 
have fun!!! so deserved, i can't imagine how military wives do it!! i loooove ordering room service!
 
WOOT for you. Insert piercing jealous laser beam from my eyes...I am home with a sick kiddo whose whining is about to get the best of me.

Oh, I know...and I didn't even have it THAT bad!!! He was gone for 8 months and I wasn't worried about his safety...so I know that there are other women out there who have an even worse time...were he in Afghanistan or Iraq I know I'd have WAY more gray hairs.

Still, 8 months of no sleep is a lot, so I for sure am going to take advantage of it :p

I cannot believe I have never done this. Not in 27 years...raising 4 boys...and spending many months alone holding down the fort while dh worked up in Alaska! Wowza!! That sounds like my kind of gift! I am so asking for this for Mother's Day. I know my dh will be really sad that I don't want to spend it with him...but it just sounds SO wonderful! Enjoy!!
 
why weren't we invited?! I always invite my friends when I escape to a hotel...to watch chick flicks, eat chocolate, and scrap away! lol
