I have a question about the newsletter. I've been a member of your google group for a while and I got the message today that says "click here to download!", but I don't have a link :( Did I miss something?

Thanks! Oh, and did I mention that the kit is incredible? I totally <3 it :)
 
I'm sorry, I still don't see the newsletter :(.

I have the google group message, "Growing Up Too Fast, a Newsletter and a CT Call, Oh My!!", but I didn't see a link to get the newsletter. Was there something else I was supposed to do to sign up for the newsletter besides being a member of the group?

The Google groups membership page gives me these options

How do you want to read this group?
No Email
I will read this group on the web
Abridged Email (No more than 1 email per day)
Get a summary of new activity each day
Digest Email (Approximately 1 email per day)
Get up to 25 full new messages bundled into a single email
Email (Approximately 1 email per day)
Send each message to me as it arrives

Which address do you want to use for this group?

I chose the "Email (Approximately 1 email per day)
Send each message to me as it arrives"

I didn't see anything about text or HTML choices
 
When I receive the emails I send to the group, they look like this:

Do you see something like that or are you only seeing text?
 
Just getting the notice from google groups saying there is a message. I didn't receive an actual email (text or HTML) at all.

Also, make sure you're signed up for Email (deliver each message to me individually) if you're not already. I'm not sure why you would get an announcement that there's a new message rather than the message itself, I've never had that happen before!

Okay, I saw the newsletter info and the download. I changed my setting to email. Are the articles listed on there too? Thanks for all your help Traci! I don't know what's going on with me. Just special I guess :)
 
I had my settings on digest, so I switched to e-mail and it didn't change anything. Then I clicked on "view in new google groups" or something like that, the interface changed, and I started seeing the pictures and was able to download the newsletter. I guess the html only works in the new interface? Who knew?

Kate, switching to email shouldn't change anything right now, but the next email I send you should receive properly..
 
I click on your post, get sent to Google Groups. I signed up, but all I see is a text message on Groups, but haven't recieved an email, nor do I see a full scale newsletter! I looked to see if I could do what the other commenter did, but I don't see the alternatives there. Call me ever-so-slightly :confused:
 
Hi Tracy--thank you, that got me to the newsletter. The link I took from clicking on your post took me to the *mailing list*. I have no idea how to get to the newsletter from the mailing list section, though. I'll bookmark the link you sent. Thank you again! :w00t:
 
Hi Julie! The Mailing List is what the newsletter goes through, you're supposed to get an email with the above post I linked, I'm not sure what happened with this email but I think it's due to Google changing it's own format
