Gratitude Album 2025 anyone?

I have nailed down my plans for Gratitude Album 2025...

-4x6 digital scrapbook layouts with one side being a cute journal card and the other side my actual journaling
-using a different bundle from The Shoppe per day
- will print out the 4x6 prints and slip into a photo album
-in years past I used the prompt "Today I am Thankful for..." but this year I am going to draw inspiration from the scrapbook kit or these calendars I found on IG

For Day 1 I was inspired by the friends journal card and title:
Once Upon a Story: A Woodland Tales {bundle} by Sweet Doll designs

Anyone else creating a Gratitude Album? I would love to hear your ideas and plan.

As of now, I'm trying to record a daily gratitude into a calendar tucked into my planner. I wasn't going to do an album this year but you never know.

I did a Thankful 30 in 2019 with 6x8 pages. Some days were just a 4x6, some were two 3x4s, and some got the whole page. That's what I would probably end up doing again.

I need another project like I need a hole in my head, but right now what I really need is to focus on things I'm grateful for ... so I'm going to attempt it. I've decided it's a great opportunity to really spend some time playing with my new iPhone and getting to know how the changes in the camera work for me, so I'm going to do it as a photo-a-day project.

I'm keeping it simple and using Soco's template album Thankful for This:

While I love the idea of printing a 6x8 book, I haven't been able to find any online printers that offer that size. So I've decided to print it 8.5x11 instead, which is a pretty easy resize of those templates.

Thank you SO much for sharing those prompts, Krista! I'm downloading them now for when I get stuck as the month goes on.

haha - I'm with Angie re: needing another project! I would love to do this project... and those lists have me very very tempted. I have been in a bit of a scrapping slump because I'm really struggling with going back to work full time after being a SAHM for 18 years. This would help me focus on the good...

I like your daily record...it is nice to take note as a reminder of the good.

Sorry you are struggling...hopefully this helps.

I print my 6x8 layouts in an 8x8 shutterfly album.

Ooo, yes, I would like to do this. Thank you for the prompts. I might use them or just do more of a 2025 recap. I have some 4x6 albums in my cart that hold 36 photos each, so maybe I'll pick out 36 things that I was thankful for this year. It would be nice to have a physical reminder of the good things to hold when I get grouchy.

A physical album is always nice to flip thru.

This has been fun to keep up daily. I skipped Day 5 but plan to get that done today.

Yeah, I already screwed the pooch on this project. I've done nothing yet. If I don't get my act together today and at least make a list of my first 7 days of gratitudes, I may have to abandon the project altogether for this year.

Ugh!

You’d be so proud of me! I’ve been keeping notes on my phone each day, sometimes thinking of things off the cuff, sometimes using the prompts you posted. Some days it’s like one sentence, other days paragraphs- just whatever moves me.

Then today I actually scrapped five pages!! I’m using Soco’s templates and keeping it super duper simple- which isn’t my usual style, but I managed to throw in some messy flair without going overboard. The simplicity has made it super easy to knock out the pages.

How’s everyone’s progress so far? We’re already halfway through the month!!

I have only made it to page 6 or 7, but I’ve been writing down my gratitudes daily- which is more than I thought I’d be able to do!

Well, the 4x6 photo album to house my project has arrived, but that's about it. :o

Keeping it simple with 4x6 layouts and using a different bundle each day will make the album really fun to look back on. I like the idea of letting the kit or calendars inspire your journaling it keeps things fresh and creative. It’s going to be such a meaningful Gratitude Album for 2025!

Thanks! I have been having fun with it!

Krista, thank you for the prompts! I'm going to store them away for future use. Your Gratitude Album pages are awesome!
I wish I had the brain power to do this. I've wanted to for years, but living in flight, fight, fawn steals so much of my mind.
Hopefully next year will be calmer and I'll be more able to focus!
