Anyone else having problems with the screenshot feature? I can see my own screenshots but I can't see screenshots of friends and vice versa. They can see their own but not the ones I send.
Anyone having the same issue?
 
I haven't had that trouble at all, Mandy! Are you on right now? I'll sign on and see if it's acting weird for me this morning.
 
Mandy, we found yesterday while playing with it that both people have to have an online status displayed and you both have to each other in your contact list for you to completely "see" each other. Don't ask me how you can talk to someone that isn't a contact or someone with an offline status- but apparently you can! LOL

We're both online, and we're both in our contacts list (obviously) but the screenshots are still big grey boxes.
And the stupid Help Forum is all in german so that's no good.

hey Mandy did you try click and dragging the ss to the convo??
and you don't hafta be online to do ss *you can also do it as invisible*

I have even uninstalled and re-installed.
It was working FINE the other day, now nothin...
