Alright so maybe I'm the only one with "regular" TV (no cable/satellite) but this digital junk is driving me bat{crap}. I missed half of Dr. Phil (btw, pretty sure I do NOT have ADD... good to know :D ) because it was cutting out all over the place. :cursing: I've got the "right" antenna and everything but yeah... no such luck.

We love you Annie-
But seriously... you NEED directv. I think I'd give up almost any "luxury" item for it. Or get netflix so if your tv goes out you've got something to watch. I'll watch my tivo Dr.Phil and fill you in! Hee hee!

When DH and I were researching it, we discovered that the difference between the digital signal and the analog signal is that with digital you either receive it or you don't, where as analog you could have different variations of fuzzy. When we tried it out, we got exactly 2 channels.

We ended up getting cable anyway because it was cheaper than just getting internet. I know...it doesn't make sense to us either.

We dont have it right here either!! Its worse at peak time - usually from 7:30 til 10:30 every evening - exactly when you want to watch it - didnt think it would be volume intolerant! Our antennae is new too and 'wired' for digital receiving!

Not looking forward to analog being phased out:(

Yeah ... we have had that issue too. :( We had cable but shut it off when dh was laid off ... don't tell him, but I miss it. ;)
