Goin' on a little trip!!!

My hubby's week vacation starts as soon as he gets home tonight and I am so excited!!! I need to get moving and pack our bags cause we are going on a [not far away] trip. We leave in the morning to Erie, PA which is only 2 or 2 1/2 hours away. I am just so excited to get out of this house!!!!!!!! :w00t:

While in Erie we are going to visit Waldameer Park, Presque Isle Beaches and the Erie Zoo. Well, that is IF the weather cooperates! I see we have some chances of T-storms. Then after 2-3 days in Erie we may go a couple more hours away and visit Jamie's mom's side of the family for a couple days. I'm going to miss you all! Who knows if I will have any internet access. I think we are going to take hubby's laptop though. So maybe I'll pop in for a bit!

Happy 4th of July to you all if I don't get back in time!

We lived in Edinboro (about 20 minute south of Erie) for about 6 months and the kids and i went to Presque Isle almost EVERYDAY!!!! We loved it!!! The zoo is nice...but it doesn't compare to Pittsburgh...so don't be disappointed!! Have fun Megan!!!! :thumbup:

We are here and so far loving being away. We did Waldameer Park all day today and I'm exhausted. I rode all the rides, which were great, but they have a newer Ravine Flyer II....HOLY MOLY! That was probably the best rollercoaster I have been on ever! WOW! I think we will hit the beaches tomorrow!
