Well, it's probably not dark yet on the west coast but make sure you do later tonight! It is so neat seeing venus and jupiter this close to the moon. Beautiful outside at my house. Supposedly this is how they were when Christ was born. Cool, huh?

well, its cloudy here i can see the moon and a star or two underneath it, but i cant get a good view of Jupiter and Venus because of the cloud and trees in my backyard. i love astronomy so this sucks for me

I was all set for this last night, but we had a sky full of clouds Today is clear and sunny, not a cloud in sight.. I wonder if it will still be happening tonight? LOL if it is, I bet the clouds will roll through at 5:00pm!! hahahaha

So cool! We saw it last night on the way to my son's 4th Grade Musical. I was so excited to point it out to the kids. I stopped the car so we could all get a good look at them. :thumbup:
