Was that final scene amazing or what?? Epic I say! We rewound it and watched it 3 times. It. Was. Awesome!


Book readers - what are you thinking of Theon's scenes? I assume that to keep his character around they are showing us what we actually didn't see in the books. I like it so far. DH hasn't read the books so it's fun to watch him react and not know who the "boy" really is.

I haven't read the books but I'm thinking I need to because I'm still having a hard time keeping up with everyone/everything. And, I think I need to go back and re-watch at least last season because I feel like I've totally forgotten so much. Just struggling this season. :/ That last scene was definitely a shocker.

I've noticed the storylines deviating more as the seasons progress -- Theon's character is a prefect example. The first season followed the books so closely. Daenery's is my favorite storyline

I have a hard time keeping everyone straight even as someone who has read the books. There are just SO MANY characters and storylines.

If you think about it...books 3 and 4 are concurrent..so I can see how they are going to have to deal with that as the seasons progress. Some of the changes they've made make sense to me...some drive me insane..I still cringe when I think of Catelyn finding a blonde hair in the first season...like she was a Winterfell CSI or something lol

Also George R. R. Martin better be locked in his house writing before the series catches up with him lol! It took him 20 years to write the first 5 after all

I am struggling to remember everyones name. And when I talk about certain people I usually end up describing the person instead of saying their name. Like the Dude with the red hair who lived with the Starks and his Father hates him and he's tied up in the dungeon...LOL I hate that guy! And even though I don't like Jamie Lanester I am really feeling badly for him right now. My husband who has read just the first 2 books says he is sick of the the crippled kid (sorry if that isn't PC)...Brand? Is that his name? LOL see I can't keep anyones names straight.
