Gallery Question?!

Hi all! Dumbo here!
I'm finally getting up the courage to show yall some of my layouts! But can't figure out how to get to my gallery!? I found where you can create an album?! is that it?! & what size do I need to save my layouts as to upload them!?

Yes you create an album and then you can start uploading.

I size mine at 600x600 and you have to keep it less than 150kb I think.

If you click on the gallery tab at the top of this screen it wil ltak eyou to the gallery. At the right of the screen is a tab that says 'Upload Photos' CLick it and start sharing!

ok, another dumb question then!- I have done my layouts in PSE..I have them saved as .psd 12 x 12 & .jpg 8x8 ...which file do i need to resize & how? the .psd for quality's/clarity's sake? I promise I'm not as dumb as I sound!

I use PSP and I flatten the image, resize to 72dpi and 600x600, and save as a jpg. If i were you I would resize a copy of my psd file, I would think that the jpg 8x8 might be a little small to show clarity

I don't resize (except for web) at all and I use PSE 5. I go back later when I'm putting layouts in photobooks and usually have their software resize my layots. So I scrap with the size they come in (12x12) but usually print 10x10 or 8x8 (does that make sense?)

I also usually save as TIFF to save hard drive space instead of PSD because it keeps the layers for me so I can edit again if I choose.

As for uploading here, after you're done creating your page, go to "Save for Web", and set your size to 600x600 and adjust the quality slider until your (window on the right reads) around 150k or slightly under. Hope that helps!
