Gallery Down????

I can't get in. :( And the store is working, but I can't log in, even though I got my acct info resent to me to verify it is correct. :(
 
I can hardly get in anywhere, I haven't been able to access the forums almost all day :blink:
 
hey girls...

We've been having issues with our databases this afternoon. We just took everything offline to try and repair them, so hopefully things will start showing some improvement.

Oh dear. I've tried and tried... the sale ends today, right? I wonder if it could possibly be extended a bit if people aren't able to complete their orders tonight? Please? :)
 
Elizabeth, I couldnt log into the admin earlier either because it didnt recognize me. Can you log in now that the databases have been repaired?

It was slow for me too, but I finally got into the store and could shop. I haven't tried the gallery recently though.

Unfortunately not! :( I wonder if it is having problems because I filled my cart as a guest? I can go try it on a different machine, or different browser...
 
the gallery search function hasn't worked since before the gallery went down yesterday (always says no results, no matter what i search for). it's making the gallery game a bit tough. i only need to find four more.

It's working for me :0/ try all lowercase, etc and see I typed in a designer name and it pulled up a ton of LOs
 
i always type in lowercase and i've tried a zillion different ways. always no results. guess the gallery just hates me... it was working fine for me yesterday.

i'm down to 3 now though.
 
cleared cookies/cache and it works now. :glare: i'm already finished though... against all odds, lol. sending it now.
