FWP problem :(

So, I bought a new kit yesterday that had a FWP Abby Album, which was supposed to be my fun project for today. When I received the DL, the FWP wasn't in there. I emailed the store last night but I haven't heard back. I really wanted to get started on this. Can anyone help me out? Who should I be talking to??
