FWP issues?

I didn't notice last week until after I checked out, but I didn't get the FWP added on. No big deal since I was planning on shopping again this weekend. I've tried on two different computers and cleared my cache and cookies on both and it's not auto adding, or once added manually it's not discounting. I've got over $10 in my cart too.
Anything else I can try to make this work?

I've had that problem in the past and have just emailed Robin. She fixes it up pretty quickly!

When I've had that problem before, emptying my cart and relaoding it ahs always worked.
