she's almost 7. yesterday morning, we were all laying in our bed and Chloe noticed my necklace. i've had it for months, don't ever take it off. just a fake diamond studded star i got on clearance at Target. Well, she was looking at it and then pondered for a minute and said "I think mommy went to Jared" :D :D DH and I cracked up laughing! we were then quoting the commercial, "Jared. the Galleria of Jewelry". i laugh every time i see those jewelry store commercials now. don't know if they have them everywhere, if they don't this thread will be pointless to you, lol.
 
cute :) (my favorite is the one where the girl goes "what a four word phrase for marriage proposal?....He went to Jareds" or something like that)
 
We were driving home one day and talking about what we should have for dinner. I said "maybe Subway" and this little 5 year old voice from the back back seat says "eat fresh."

Hrm. lol

I must say though - i HATE those Jared commercials. I mean, really - what the heck kind of name is JARED for a jewelery store??

That's like saying "I'm going to Christy - the grocery store"...:p

Emma and Aidan have been know to sing the "$5 footlong" song! :D its soooo cute!
 
That is funny. Would make a great scrapbook page with a photo of the necklace and photo of her at this age.

I love remembering the funny things the kids say.
