Fun St. Patrick's Day ideas?

I've never done much for the kids for St. Patrick's day but I wanted to do a few fun things for them this year. They're on spring break this week and dh is traveling so we need a mid-week pick me up. :) I've thought of turning the milk green, coloring the toilet water green :p and I think I'm going to pick up some donuts with green frosting for them to have for breakfast too. I have to be to work by 8:30 so we don't have a lot of time and I'll need to have everything done before I go to bed tonight so things will run smoothly.

What are some things you have done that your kids have enjoyed? BTW, my kids are 7,5 & 2. :)
 
I might do the water in the toilet, I don't know.. we're pretty rushed in the mornings LOL plus they don't really care about st pats so much. Hmm.
 
Last year I got a footprint stamp and stamped a green footprint on their cheek while they were sleeping. They woke up and were pretty excited to see that a leprechaun "walked" on them in the night! :)
 
Last year the leprechaun turned all L.J.'s playroom furniture upside down, hung toys from the curtains and even dyed one of the eggs in the carton. (as well as the toilet water and milk thing)

He also left him a little bowl of Skittles.

This year he's leaving some gold coins, Lucky Charms lip balm that I found at Target and doing all those other things with a trail of confetti through the house. He also puts shamrocks on the walls of rooms where he was at.

We're also making a trap today so he'll spring that and leave behind his hat and bowtie for L.J. to wear. (also from Target)

We are making traps today....we're going to catch that Leprechaun!! I bought Rolo's for our "treasure" and got little mini hats.....everything is going to be turned upside..he will also leave footprints and shamrocks where he has been. I picked up felt and going to use a piece of it to leave in the door...the Leprechaun ripped his pants when he was trying to escape!
 
does the milk still taste normal? lol I know what a silly question to ask! lol It just looks so weird! :)
