Mayo....yep..it's a DUTCH thing my dutch mother introduced me to when I was 3 years old. I am half Dutch after all. LOL :w00t:
Regular fries - ketchup. Sweet potato fries - mayo mixed with Siracha. Sounds weird but it's so good!
Depends on what kind they areI only eat the kind you buy frozen with ketchup. If it's fast food - BK - ranch, Wendy's alone or occasionally dipped in a frosty, don't like McD fries and Arby's alone. Potato wedges must be eaten with ranch

I think that has more to do with it being a McDonald's than being in SeattleDefinitely fry sauce! It's the best! I asked for some at a McDonald's once when visiting in Seattle and they looked at me like I was a crazy person. They had no clue what I was referring to. People don't know what they are missing out on!
Want to try it??
Mix 1/2 ketchup, 1/2 mayo = fry sauce. It's delicious!
I think that has more to do with it being a McDonald's than being in Seattleha, ha Lots of places in Seattle serve fry sauce ... maybe not all fast food restaurants, but everywhere else. There isn't a ton of fast food industry in Seattle, so I don't think much effort goes into the menus. I live in a super concentrated area with not a single fast food restaurant close by.
... and because I'm a total dorkhttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fry_sauce
