Flab Redux Day 9

Mind if I join in late? I wasn't planning to start until next month due to lack of childcare (and a child who loses it any time I try to do an exercise video when she's around), but now that the weather has gotten beautiful I've been getting out with the kids more and doing something every day, even if just chasing them around for 10 minutes.

Today I did 2 segments of a 10-minute dance workout video.

Humid, hot and cloudy. I did a whole lot of nothing. Except chat with my friend on the phone and play with El. Wasted day lol.
 
2.1 mile run on the track. Sooo boring, but I'm even more bored with the treadmill, and can't run outside because of childcare issues ...
 
i am joining in late here but i did 50 sit ups today and started back in zumba. i made it 20 minutes out of the 25 minute work out. not bad since i haven't really done any hard core exercise in about 3 months because of health issues. so that is all for today. tomorrow i will try to get more in :)
 
5 minute warm up/15 minute run at 4.5 then they called me to the nursery where Finn was screaming. Managed to do aarms and calves with weight training tho.
 
I totally was not feeling my workout today but, knew I had to make myself do it. I have a personal goal of logging 110 running miles in 9 weeks and time is ticking away. So, although late....around 8 pm, I hauled my big bootay to the gym and ran my 3 miles. A new personal best for me. I ran 20 minutes straight at at 10.54 pace and then rested for 2 mins then picked it back up again. I am feeling so strong. And I never thought I would say this but, I am loving the high I get from running!

My total workout was 3 miles in 36 minutes.
 
Looks like today is the day to jump in late! :) I went on a 6.5 mile walk. Going to go running tomorrow! I'm going on a cruise next week and I'd love to drop 2-3 lbs before we head out.
 
I did the elliptical, too! (But only for, ahem, 20 minutes... I get bored so easily, and am just getting back into it after a tough allergy season and a foot injury). Tomorrow is another day!
